Scope: Formalize an onboarding process complete with employee engagement and retention strategy and documentation

Delivered: Created the following onboarding processes and documentation: onboarding templates (for managers, for new hires), communication and meeting guidelines, AOR/DRI grid, employee handbook, Antelope internship program strategy, Employee Engagement Surveys, Employee Engagement Recaps, Post Mortems

Scope: Formalize and polish commercialization process for Antelope’s Production and Operations team

Delivered: conducted a series of internal key stakeholder interviews for feedback, developed and refined commercialization process based on inputs, developed documentation on Notion for efficiency, developed comms for roll out and execution
